Partnership Capital® produces profound changes in all kinds of organizations by introducing partnership as a core value in all successful business relationships: partnership with colleagues, clients, vendors and staff. Partnership Capital® distinguishes itself from other organizational management approaches by teaching clear principles of partnership and assisting clients with putting those principles into practice. Ongoing interaction with the participants over several class sessions - as well as between sessions via telephone and email - gives individuals the opportunity to fully integrate the material into their lives.
The Partnership Capital® program is typically structured with half-day sessions conducted once monthly for a total of six months. Each segment works both as a stand-alone session and as a part of the entire program. Concepts are developed and reintroduced throughout Partnership Capital®, thus reinforcing previous lessons.
Partnership Redefined
Partnership Capital® begins with an in-depth look at the core value of partnership – what it is and what it is not. We take on this new model of work, and together we explore what is possible when we regard each other as partners.
This expanded concept of partnership is new to most employees who are accustomed to hearing the term "partner" only in conjunction with one’s having made a financial investment in a firm or one’s having become a partner as a reward for years of service and dedication. In Partnership Capital®, we teach that when everyone can be included, when everyone is aligned to produce agreed-upon results for the company - everyone thrives: the company, the employees, and the constituency whom the company serves.
Working from a broad perspective and progressively narrowing the focus, Partnership Capital® draws participants into a conversation about the nature of their interaction with one another and how those interactions generate consequences. We look at the notions of workspace and community - and how individuals come together to generate results based on shared values.
Since partnership means all of us are playing together at a higher level, we also recognize that being a partner in any venture carries rights as well as responsibilities, and we fully review what constitutes being an excellent partner.
B–ZOOM®

It is said that “Change is constant, but growth is optional.” In our work with businesses of all kinds and sizes, we work to create a positive relationship to change. B-ZOOM® is the sensation of everything changing for the good. Another cliché: “The only constant is change.” B-ZOOM® explores how to relate to change in ways that move all agendas along progressively and in congruence with each other. Imagine a situation that is simultaneously destructive and constructive – a paradox. That is the paradox taught in this series – again, in either a consulting or in a seminar / classroom setting.
Reinvention and adaptation to change are key elements for success in today’s business environment. Yet, most people will readily admit that fear is among their primary relationships to change. We learn that change can be guided, but not necessarily “managed.” Often, events, dynamics and market conditions seem to have lives of their own to which we either adapt or suffer from insufficient adaptation. The power of understanding these paradoxes frees individuals — and, thus, organizations — to be better humans, more competent professionals, and increasingly intuitive adaptors to those frequent feelings of anxiety to change.

BIG LOVE®

At Coaching for Results®, we believe in love. When we heard Fortune 500 corporate executives talking about love in the workplace, we knew that our belief was well-placed. Big Love® is based on the belief that results of all kinds – personal and professional – are enhanced and optimized by love. A new, broader, and higher definition of love than perhaps notions of romance and cupids. This seminar series explores the dramatic and immediately profound effects that are achieved when human beings treat each other with respect and love – and, simultaneously, lose the fears that can block the expression of love. Humans often treat love as a “four-letter word” - we often can treat it as something that is foreign to a business culture. In fact, compassion, respect and empathy are highly appropriate in the workplace.
Fear of love is a huge problem for businesses. In our frequently hyper-charged, rushed days, we often forget to be grateful for what we do, whom we serve, why we care and what difference our work makes. Big Love® uses innovative imagery and storytelling to make the case — whether consulting individually or teaching in group settings — that love itself is integral to anything that any human does at any time. Obviously, therefore, business is no exception. Big Love® grants permission to love appropriately — and teaches boundaries and guidelines that allow performance to be enhanced by grace.
